They are our standard prices and a fair guide. Custom furniture sizes are quoted separately, and appliance prices move with the market — so message us to confirm the current best price before you order.

There is no cart or checkout on this site. Find what you want, then message us on WhatsApp or call. We confirm the specification, the final price and a delivery date, and take it from there.

For made-to-order furniture we ask for an advance to begin work, with the balance due before dispatch. Stocked appliances are paid on delivery. We will always tell you the terms before you commit.

Yes. Furnishing a whole home, or ordering furniture and appliances together, gets you a better price than buying piece by piece — and one coordinated delivery instead of several.

Yes. All our wooden furniture — beds, almirahs, dressing tables, sofas and dining sets — is made by hand in our own workshop. Home appliances are the one thing we do not manufacture; those we stock and sell directly.

Almost always. Because we build rather than resell, dimensions can be adjusted to your room at no drop in build quality. Send us the measurements and we will quote the exact piece.

Solid Sheesham for pieces where strength and grain matter most, and engineered wood where a stable, lighter panel is the better answer. We will tell you honestly which suits your budget and your room.

Most single pieces take four to six weeks from the approved design. Larger orders run longer depending on scope. You get a date before work starts.

Please do. Visit the workshop and we will show you timber samples, fabric swatches and finish panels side by side, so you are choosing from the real thing rather than a screen.

We stock several major brands across refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and televisions. Rather than pushing one brand, we match the model to your room size, family size and budget.

That is most of the job. We advise on AC tonnage by room area and fridge capacity by household size — including telling you when a cheaper model does the same work.

Yes. Appliances are delivered, installed and demonstrated before we leave, so you are not left working it out from the manual.

Appliances carry the manufacturer's own warranty, and we handle the service claim for you rather than sending you to a call centre.

We deliver and install across Shamshabad, Agra and the surrounding area as standard, and further afield in Uttar Pradesh on larger orders. Delivery is scheduled with you in advance.

Local delivery and installation are included on most orders. For longer distances or difficult access we will tell you any charge up front — never as a surprise on the day.

Tell us straight away and we will repair or replace it. Because we made most of it ourselves, a repair is usually quick and does not involve sending anything away.

Yes, and we would rather you asked us than replaced it. Re-polishing, re-upholstery and joint repairs are all work we still do.
